想食呢間吉列牛好耐,終於今日去咗airside叫咗Tasting menu for 2🙂‍↕️啲staff好nice又會介紹邊個好食🤤✨四品牛魔御膳第一次去試梗係叫個有齊晒唔同部位嘅御膳,有翼板牛、西冷、菲力牛同醬味薄牛。我自己最like翼板牛,牛肉味最濃同淋油香亦比較重。佢本身燒到五成熟,跟住再會有個鐵板俾你自己再燒香好方便。仲有好多唔同醬料調味,我自己試曬最夾係山椒鹽同青唐辛子味噌可以降低油膩感,京咖哩醬都好特別。另外配椰菜絲我推甘柚沙律汁夠清新,但如果落太多會好酸。✨熟成厚切豚肉鍋熟成厚切豚肉好juicy,肉質淋配滑蛋加日本米好正。✨特濃抹茶小豆流心蛋糕中間有少少流心,蛋糕質感濕潤。✨沖繩黑糖雞蛋布丁用日本蛋好香蛋味。✨紅豆宇治冰抹茶✨藍莓巨峰乳酸梳打
