外層燒得香脆,飯團咬落煙韌,有點飯氣到胃感覺更充實,加上酸酸甜甜的梅肉緩解了剛才串燒的油膩。


明太子藥膳茶泡飯
喝了多款燒酎,吃過茶漬飯舒解下酒意。 鮮甜美味的鰹魚昆布湯加上濃郁咸香明太子,暖胃飽肚之餘更宿醉全消。


最後來個椰子雪葩,軟滑香甜,把今晚的熱氣冷卻下來,感覺舒服滿足。
