訂咗飛係百老匯睇戲,重有成個鐘,於是乎過花園餐廳食飯。落旺角無數次,都係第一次去旺角哩間花園餐廳。花園餐廳原來有三層,地下只係入口,其實佢地最出名係鋸扒,我都係入到去先知,因為一直唔多留意花園餐廳,唔好怪我細路仔唔識世界。點咗一客紐西蘭西冷牛扒,一客紐西蘭羊仔扒,牛扒要7成熟,羊仔扒8成熟。餐湯羅宋湯同粟米忌廉湯各一客,聽聞正宗羅宋湯入面有少少牛腩同有少少辣,哩碗羅宋湯當然無牛腩,不過好彩湯唔辣,啱我口味啦。粟米忌廉湯如果加倍濃郁更理想。兩個扒上枱,塊鐵板夠熱,芡汁淋上去時即時聽到鋸扒最美妙嘅咋咋聲,煙霧馬上上升。牛扒點7成,結果黎到係五成熟,羊仔扒8成,上枱果d得六成熟,牛扒點黑椒汁羊仔架點蒜蓉汁。由於我比較中意食熟少少嘅牛扒,得五成,生咗d,只得六成熟羊仔架口感比牛扒差,騷味亦比較重,相信8成熟更啱自己口味。做人永遠格離飯香d,見到格離枱份牛扒,份量好大喎!夠鐘入場睇戲!
