那晚剛好經過灣仔，又想吃牛扒，就試試這間。沒想到它們的Signature Steak又幾好味真心不錯，味道很好👍🏻 我叫了medium, 廚師手勢都好好，因為個人口味不太喜歡偏生，（有滲血又切不開這那種）。結果煮得剛好，再配一口新鮮火箭菜，好味道 飯後甜品選擇了看似簡單但其實難駕馭味道的Tiramisu, 它有點偏酒味重，然後配上那可可粉，剛好中和了那甜絲絲的味道，最後都是滿滿的酒香絕對是必吃———————————We ordered Chef Cosimo’s Signature Steak -12 Oz medium which was perfectly-cooked and totally hard to describe the texture in one sentence, but I can tell you that all the good words combine into a mouthful.About the desserts, Tiramisu which means ‘ pick me up’ is the best choice to make an
