首先必定先燒肩胛肉,油花分怖非常均勻,薄薄一塊,只須每邊燒十數秒,兩邊微焦即可,首先一半試下原味,入口油花灌頂,口腔充斥滿滿油香;之後一半蘸點溫泉蛋,更加順滑甘香。和牛併盤之中牛肋條同牛腹肉油花最多,非常甘香;其他部位就帶有咬口,牛味香濃。

鍾意食油花較重嘅可以選擇牛肉眼、牛肋條同三角腹就最正。牛腹肉油花分佈極為豐富,脂肪之細膩絕對達到入口即溶的嘅程度;牛肋條同肉眼除左油脂豐厚外,就比較有咬口。

牛里肉同牛肋肉油脂就冇咁豐富,勝在有咬口,牛味濃郁。

厚牛舌同蔥花薄牛舌😋,厚牛舌兩邊燒至焦香,入口中間舌肉鬆軟,只須用些小岩鹽作調味味道已足夠;蔥花薄牛舌,加上蔥花及蘿蔔蓉,味道更清香。總捨黎講和牛每個部位都冇得輸,牛控大滿足😋。

和牛壽司🍣鮮味極之濃郁,呢個都極之推介👍🏻。
