To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前本人常去鰂魚涌街舖食Delifrance，充滿回憶，見屯門開了分店，便走去試吃。本人17:45到，還未有晚餐menu，只有Lunch&Tea set，幸好還有二人餐。自助點二人餐後，有位女待應走來問係咪用生日優惠或coupon，我話不是，她走開。另外，原來食滿$300送小食拼盤，雞翼最好食，性價比都高！牛柳好食！個海鮮飯，係印度咖喱風味，估唔到，唔啱我口味。三碟食物到齊，最後先比餐前沙律和餐湯，好有趣嘅安排。甜品是蝴蝶酥和雪糕，非常之甜！整體而言，店舖環境裝修舒服，入到去有種寧靜嘅感覺，時間慢了，不過之前講嗰位女侍應應該係好高級嘅經理，她說話很大聲，破壞了整間店舖嘅寧靜。
