對上一次去越南,我諗都已經有差不多兩年嘅時間,當時最印象深刻係同朋友一齊由胡志明搭大巴去峴港,因為一搭就搭左我三十個鐘,不過呢啲都係試過一次就好,對我黎講長途機基本上都唔夠我個次耐。呢次我同旅友B落左銅記食越南野,今次黎真係有驚喜,因為餐牌都更新過,見到都唔少新野食,而且店內裝修過,環境好舒適,有格調。主食方面,我地分別叫左日本和牛肉和牛丸湯粉,同埋特別牛湯粉。其實呢兩碗都係好正,和牛個碗啲牛味好濃,特別係咬牛丸個下,啲牛味出哂黎,越食越有味,雖然得和牛肉同牛丸,但係份量好夠呀。而特別牛湯粉嘅特別之處就係牛嘅部位較多,份量亦都好足。小食方面,我地嗌左軟殼蟹米紙卷,食呢個嘅時候最緊要係點個醬汁,因為好夾同埋風味提升哂,軟殼蟹炸得夠酥脆,係唔錯嘅。飲品就叫左牛油果奶昔同蝶豆花青檸梳打,兩杯都好值得推薦嘅。難得可以過下越南癮真係唔錯,下次心癮起又可以過黎食下啦。
