嘩嘩嘩!估唔到鴻昇餅店都係openrice搵到,本身諗住小店應該唔會有!咁我就寫返個好介紹啦!唔知大家鍾意食酥皮定牛油皮蛋撻,我以前都鍾意酥皮,但呢間令我對牛油皮改觀! ard 3點半總會有一d街坊or 其他人黎等蛋撻出爐,然後一買就買一打,打半。因為新鮮出爐而且蛋味又夠濃(絕對唔係稀色左既淺黃色),所以超級好味!個焗牛油皮香口又夠脆!而且睇住阿姐一底咁拎出黎,然後用卡紙吹凍少少,再好熟手咁將個撻反轉吸係個細碟度,真係滿滿期待。加上揸係手同食都係熱辣辣! 絕對唔係擺係個暖櫃冇人買,一底好快就會俾人掃晒。所以係我非常喜愛既小店,佢有賣各式傳統麵包,佢既菠蘿包都係我至愛黎嫁!
