To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天因為工作的關係，到達了將軍澳，將軍澳不算是一個熟悉的地方，還好我的同事教了我在哪裏找東西吃，這天和同事一同吃飯，同事就推薦了這家老字號的 餐廳，我們一同進餐 ，餐廳主打的就是清湯腩，我選擇的食物就是 牛三寶撈麵 ，三寶就是指牛肚，牛腩與及牛筋 ，這是一份性價比極高的撈麵，份量十足， 清湯腩的味道故之然不錯，最重要 入口完全不黐牙， 選料認真， 但我在這裏 更發現了 他的辣椒 油 ，更是世界級水平， 絕對是超水準，香辣可口， 配搭撈麵絕對是 佳品。
