To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有到德福晚飯, 原來這個商場有那麼多的變化! 第一期有利苑和revamp的美心. 第二期有牛角, 一平安等等 本來商埸人都很多, 這樣改變後人更加多.其實我沒有食過牛角, 朋友話他們的牛很好食, 但經常排隊, 興之所至, 我們在沒有訂位之下, 星期六的5:45pm在門外排隊等待, 原先以為也要等半個小時吧, 誰知5分鐘以ok!Menu相當吸引, 有不同小小碟的牛肉和其他肉類, 店中的座位安排也很是不錯,不會相距太近. 有些四人枱分開為兩邊二人, 他們把一塊木放在中間, 私隱度大增. 日本餐廳還是比較細心的.我們先點了牛拍葉刺生, 配上辣醬, 感覺延新鮮. 溫泉蛋泡菜味道沒有想像中好, 可能因為泡菜太"林". 紫菜沙律好味分量夠大!主角牛肉, 我們點了牛肋肉, 肩脊肉, 一口牛肉和鹿兒毛島牛肉. 最有牛味是牛肋肉. 其餘的老實說真是幾失望, 牛肉燒出來的色澤暗淡, 不夠味道, 有濃厚雪櫃的感覺. 最差是一口牛肉, 相當胁! 需然價錢$49 or $59 好像不貴, 但件數之少, 其實一點也不便宜!牛舌厚切其實相等外面的薄切, 味道一般. 石頭飯也是mini版, 味道一般.服務很是不
