To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅燒牛肉麵($58)+蜂蜜紅茶($14)有三件相同部位既牛肉,口感夠哂腍,食落口散發啖啖牛肉味,好食。湯底有牛肉味,帶有少少微辣,幾惹味。麵質煙un,同平時食既台灣麵麵質有d唔同,友人都幾鐘意尼隻麵質,但我就麻麻。蜂蜜紅茶就正常,偏甜。(個人口味: 4/5)香酥雞扒飯($50)雞扒大塊,但炸得唔夠惹味(可能同調味粉有關?),就算灑埋胡椒粉都分別唔大。飯既份量多,但肉燥偏瘦,油份較少,撈埋飯食都唔夠惹味(但可能相對其他肉燥會健康d?)。整體而言,份量足夠,但味道一般,唔太適合重口味既我。(個人口味: 3/5)

雞扒大塊,但炸得唔夠惹味(可能同調味粉有關?),就算灑埋胡椒粉都分別唔大。飯既份量多,但肉燥偏瘦,油份較少,撈埋飯食都唔夠惹味(但可能相對其他肉燥會健康d?)。整體而言,份量足夠,但味道一般,唔太適合重口味既我。
