如果諗起專食牛既火鍋店,第一下都會諗起616牛肉火鍋專門店,因為佢地其中一個賣點就係牛肉既款式特別多,價錢又唔貴,所以都一直係我會encore既餐廳之一。今晚就過左黎深水埗呢間分店,門口有得泊車都算方便。616另外有樣好出色既就係佢個溶岩沙嗲湯底,個湯底真係勁濃勁多料,煲左成晚都仲感受到濃烈既感覺,沙嗲愛好者真係必試。牛肉就叫左油脂味重既信州和牛肩胛,真係好好肥美入口即溶。蘇格蘭雪花胸肋都係偏向油脂味重,肩胛翼板同牛上肋就牛味比較重,建議真係要全部試下,餐廳都會有教d牛要煮幾耐先至最好味,直接跟番就無問題了。另外除左牛肉都叫左其他野,毛肚好爽口,鴨血同扇貝都值得一試,油麥菜再加埋沙嗲湯底真係好正。另外都叫左一枝菊花桂圓露,清清地都好飲。

牛肉就叫左油脂味重既信州和牛肩胛,真係好好肥美入口即溶。蘇格蘭雪花胸肋都係偏向油脂味重,
肩胛翼板同牛上肋就牛味比較重,建議真係要全部試下,餐廳都會有教d牛要煮幾耐先至最好味,直接跟番就無問題了。
