之前食過weekend brunch同晚餐,覺得佢地嘅鵝肝醬、油封鴨脾、海鮮意粉味道唔錯,氛圍又較一般法國餐廳casual,幾岩放工黎飲返杯,所以又同朋友黎chill chill佢餐廳樓高兩層,裝潢走工業風,下層樓底高,今次黎到仲推開左落地玻璃窗,更chill更具空間感,街邊人與車亦唔會太多。最近餐廳仲推岀左期間限定嘅Asparagus 系列~▪️Seafood Pasta $218一上枱已經聞到好香!意粉彈牙,每一條都裹滿醬汁,富龍蝦同蒜香。當中加左唔少海鮮:魷魚、爽彈蝦肉、青口等等,仲有酸甜多汁嘅番茄提鮮。不過就無第一次食咁鮮咁驚艷▪️Le Chateaubriand (600g) $508Tenderloin! 成隻牛最嫩嘅位置!嗌左medium rare,肉質相當軟嫩,無筋富肉汁。雖缺乏油脂 食落唔會話好香,但配埋微酸帶肉香嘅pepper sauce,肉香更為豐富。鍾意軟嫩口感嘅大家必選!配菜就揀左mashed potatoes,軟綿帶奶香,都唔錯~▪️16hr Slow Cooked Pork belly $188經十六小時慢煮嘅豬腩肉,肉質好軟腍,肥膏位入口即化,肉味重富油香,表
