之前試過尖沙咀個間616麥子,覺得幾似潮汕牛肉火鍋,不過上次尖沙咀可以選擇既牛比較少,今次就尼銅鑼灣試埋616十二味,聽朋友講呢間多d牛揀同埋可以坐得耐d唔會比人趕湯底係一定會叫鴛鴦麻辣牛骨湯我地叫左4碟牛肉,1碟牛筋丸,炸魚皮,黑豚濃湯餃,墨魚滑,白蘿蔔4碟牛我地既中意排序會係1.滑尾龍 加蛋撈完先放落去淥20秒 好中意佢滑身得尼又有少少爽口既感覺2.美國天然-肩胛翼板(左上)有油脂得尼好香牛味3.澳洲和牛-牛胸肉其實同肩胛翼板都一樣重油,不過就無佢咁有牛香4.安格斯-橫隔肌 (右上)最中意616既地方係每款牛都細細碟,咁就可以試多幾款唔同部位,唔會食一兩款就飽左蔬菜方面就叫左平時打邊爐一定會叫既娃娃菜,同埋未試過打邊爐淥既羽衣甘藍朋友先試左放羽衣甘藍落唔辣個邊湯底,佢就覺得陣味好唔夾我再試放羽衣甘藍落辣個邊,諗住睇下個辣會唔會蓋得過羽衣甘藍陣味,但測試結果係唔得既,佢原來陣味實在太強,唔太建議打邊爐食都係推薦大家叫白蘿蔔,放落唔辣個邊,煲林左之後超入味佢既啤酒都易入口唔會好辛口,岩哂打邊爐!
