今日係公司OT, 突然諗想打邊爐,都make sense gei, 冬天就會想一大班人圍爐取爐,十下十下。所以就近近地,係銅鑼灣打,book夜d,好彩有位。去到,都全院滿座,一坐底好大牛肉味,已經好肚餓。同深圳八合里好似,都係好多牛肉不同嘅部位食,有雙層肉,吊龍伴,牛胸爽,牛三指,牛丸等等,都好好好食,不過,如果講味道,講性價比,我會覺得深圳抵玩好多,又好味d. 不過如果牛食過,就應該會覺得ok, Hahahha, 牛肉愛好者必食!

久聞616大名,覺得很有趣,今天才第一次去試,真是相逢恨晚。616原來是一家能吃到不同牛肉位置的火鍋店,看到餐廳不禁想起國內很有名的那家汕X火鍋,選擇很多似乎不相伯仲。店員會講解不同位置的質感,實在十分細心。點了三碟牛,價格很可以平均50多,比一般店的手切牛便宜,而且嚼勁味道也絕不遜色。除了牛肉,牛餃子也值得一試,餃子皮很煙韌,餡料也足。蝦滑墨魚滑也彈牙入味。點的是沙爹和牛骨湯底,沙爹十分驚喜,不會很膩,牛骨湯亦十分清甜。能喝點酒的朋友可以試試手工啤,很易入口呢!期待下次再來!

約佐先生一齊打邊爐,主打牛肉就揾佐616,入到去好多打咭位,牛肉質素好。湯底選了牛骨湯加酸菜湯底,我喜歡酸菜酸度適中。我地試佐好多唔同部位嘅牛,份量適中價錢合理。

平日lunch搵食,見到呢間616每個lunch set包埋飲品都唔過$50,超值啦!之前都試過其他分店。在openrice訂位,寫住有30分送。 準時一點鐘來到,店員示意我地坐卡位。座位和卡位都有辣油,清潔情況有待改善。我們點餐後,食品好快就上枱,雙牛湯飯,牛腩和牛仔骨清湯配白飯,湯內還有白蘿蔔和紅蘿蔔。牛腩好食的,牛仔骨就一般,牛湯好像有味精的,咸咸的。同事點了麻辣水煮牛肉,十分惹味,辣得香口!最後有點失望,因為訂座的分數沒有了,餐廳當我沒有出席。無奈!

6點黎到人唔多,地方唔算大,但裝修得幾有特色,有懷舊香港feel ,打卡位甚多。湯底各款都係幾十蚊,唔貴,點了清湯牛骨湯底,連裡面的蘿蔔同牛骨都比我食曬。牛肉點了3款,每款各有特色,封門柳牛肉味最濃,有d似食緊牛扒。不過份量好少,每碟都係幾片牛。呢度無加一,但就有每位醬料費10元,都合理既,醬料是出面自己任取。

同男朋友兩個人黎食, 就係鐘意佢細細碟可以叫多幾款。其實成餐飯最欣賞個湯底,清湯湯底入面啲牛腩同蘿蔔都好入味同清甜,至於個麻辣湯又唔會非常辣仲好香添! 兩個人嗌左甘多野都係400$埋單,打邊爐黎講算好扺食!
