To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工想食台灣野，去左千色後面嘅士林。去到都係7點，門口好多位，室內就要等一陣啦，等左5分鐘就入得。叫左牛肉麵、牛肚絲同胚芽奶茶首先黎左個麻辣金錢肚($43)，牛肚切幼絲，爽爽地唔會太淋。麻辣方面，就唔麻，只有少少辣，唔太食得辣嘅朋友都食到。但上面嘅醬油太多，咸得濟，整走佢會好D。之後就係主角，牛肉麵($50)，望落去個湯嘅色夠哂濃，仲有3大條牛肉。牛肉好淋，一層肉一層筋，不過個湯無比前咁濃郁，D麵索唔到D湯。最後嘅胚芽奶茶($16)，無咩特別，胚芽份量太少。如果想去食，人少就要預左搭枱，而且座位比較窄，食完就要走架啦。
