十二月下旬‧晴作為牛魔王，就是看到這個「Prime Beef from Around the World」的餐牌就令人不能抗拒：牛肉他他、黑松露牛清湯、烤牛骨髓野菌意大利飯、燴牛面肉等等等等，味味吸引。就如一味鴨肝牛脷凍批，將牛脷及鴨肝一層層的疊起再切厚件，將一小片軟腴的鴨肝及爽嫩甘香的牛脷放在烤得香噴噴的多士上是好吃的無話好說。一旁的紅椒雪葩涼涼的帶甜味及辛勁，適當的減低鴨肝牛脷凍批的膩滯感，也是神來之筆。價錢只是百多至四百多，值得一試
