To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚諗吾到食咩底下、去左Chicken factory 買左2個外賣(1個牛肝菌雞球焗飯、1個海南雞飯)番去做晚餐、之前都有食過呢間架喇..今日呢個牛肝菌雞球焗飯就賴晒野,一食落口酸到不得了、仲怪怪地味…應該系啲芝士、吾知點解好酸..臼起晒啲芝士之後..都系搞吾掂…😵😵最後放棄左成個飯。同場仲買左個招牌無骨海南雞飯、啲飯又凍又爛..呢間比起其他分店真心差啲…連鎖店應該好好整理下啲出品至系..失望!
