To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一的休閒,當然要食啲平時要排隊既!!2人叫左炸魷魚酥,炸雞扒湯麵,牛腩干撈麵,珍珠奶茶,胚芽奶茶。首先牛腩好入味又唔會太肥,配埋個干撈麵好夾,個麵係有啲彈性個種,唔會太淋。雞扒同鱿鱼因為炸的關係等得比較耐,但睇得出唔係用萬年油。炸完魷魚仲juice, 雞扒都唔錯,但雞扒湯麵個湯係清湯,所以比較啖味。最後講下野飲,本身唔多中意甜所以叫左少甜,但佢本身飲品原來唔係好甜,唔叫小甜應該都接受到。 下次試下正常先總括牛腩好值得試,其次係炸物,會再去,如果唔使點等,哈哈值得一讚係廚房好似好乾淨,環境就逼啲,抵唔抵食見人見智 40 蚊個麵,飲品另加12蚊。

首先牛腩好入味又唔會太肥,配埋個干撈麵好夾,個麵係有啲彈性個種,唔會太淋。

雞扒同鱿鱼因為炸的關係等得比較耐,但睇得出唔係用萬年油。炸完魷魚仲juice, 雞扒都唔錯,但雞扒湯麵個湯係清湯,所以比較啖味。
