To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次全餐都係食牛腩，聽講呢度出名食牛腩，所以同朋友都一齊揀牛腩食呀!冰室選擇多多，結果揀左2款唔同煮法嘅牛腩~先飲返個紫菜湯，冇咩期望，所以都係果D味啦，味精實有架啦~好耐冇飲咸檸7，呢度都有得叫~清湯牛三寶飯，成碗好多料，牛腩都好juicy呀!而且肉質好林，一定煮左好耐，個味都好入呀!咖哩牛筋腩，明顯筋位係多DD，咖哩就偏少辣。薄餅都整得唔錯，而且新鮮熱辣送上，質數都算係咁，而且2個女仔竟然食唔曬，係咪我地太細食呢~
