To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近有好多唔同食物既關注組，沙牛，拉麵，牛腩等等，見到牛腩牛雜關注組有人推介呢度既崩沙腩非常好食，咁啱去油麻地，又見到openrice其他食家都有讚無彈，咁就因利成便，去試下啦！下午1245，直入，仲有兩張吉枱，由於之前已經睇過關注組既推介，所以一去到，就可以叫推介食物。崩沙腩同牛腩，果然無失望，好冧，不過唔係食過最好味！個湯都ok，飲完無口乾；反而，魚三寶有驚喜，魚餃我本身麻麻地，但係魚旦同炸魚⻆就非常彈牙極爽口，比牛更加出色！
