To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本係去紅磡搵蠔食, 然後忽然俾"牛角"個招牌吸引咗~~~~~啊, 分店開到去黃埔了~ 友人立即放棄食蠔GE計劃, 轉投牛角懷抱~牛角同牛涮鍋共用同一個RECEIPTION?WAITRESS姐姐劃位都幾混亂, 成日問客人"你地係唔係緊排隊?"同埋"你地邊個泥先?"新開張所以比較亂?入座坐定定就ORDER野食喇~牛角沙律︰洋蔥薯泥沙律配生菜青瓜蕃茄粟米粒紅椒同旦, 因為我唔食洋蔥, 所以剩係食咗蔬菜, 幾新鮮~厚燒牛舌(鹽醬)︰1CM厚GE牛舌, 爽口, 小心唔好燒過火啊~上級牛肋肉(鹽醬)︰醬汁幾入味, 牛肋肉幾香幾嫩, 好味~腹胸肉(燒肉汁)︰呢個部位好似有D韌, 點燒都韌, 味道OK GE...野菜盛合︰燒粟米好好食, 好新鮮好甜, 燒南瓜麻麻地...乾...好似食紙皮咁..., 燒菇同蘆筍幾香~ 唔食洋蔥...冇試~人手唔夠, 杯茶飲晒好耐都冇人加水, 要叫先加...WALKIN有位, 我比較早到(6點幾), 唔洗等~食飽走人GE時候個場都未FULL過~ 想食牛角又唔想等幾個月, 不防試吓去黃埔新店~
