To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時想食燒肉既話唔到去邊度都會去牛角,貪分店周圍都有同算係幾好坐,歡迎大家推介其他燒肉好地方比我🥹🥹另外牛角真係好多人,當日係weekend,朝早11點幾去到都等左10分鐘到先入得,想食又無金會員既朋友真係要早d去拎飛🫠🧡休日menu set B $219部份分店有休日menu,計返散叫一份肉同牛角飯都要百幾,所以放棄掙扎嗌set就算😂Set B有4款牛,分別係:1. 網燒一口牛2. 美國上級牛頸脊3. 美國上級牛肋肉4. 美國SRF安格斯和牛牛板腱網燒一口牛係咁多款入面油脂比較多,小心燒既時候有機會搶火,而且雖然切開一粒粒,但切得唔太平,燒既時候可能需要用個夾去固定🥴呢款雖然重油脂仲但食落反而有d韌 ,部份唔太咬得開,少少失望。美國上級牛頸脊就肉味比較濃,油脂分佈唔太平均,都有少部分位有筋 ,比較適合鍾意有咬口既朋友。美國上級牛肋肉同美國SRF安格斯和牛牛板腱都係油脂分佈得好靚,個人唔太鍾意食太油,反而鍾意呢個牛肋肉多過和牛,但兩款相對上都係易燒同好食既👍🏻Set另外有跟沙律 ,昆布湯,小食,飯/麵同飲品~沙律就得番茄同青瓜,一塊沙律菜都無😵‍💫昆布湯個人認為太鹹🥲飯就揀左紫菜溫泉蛋

網燒一口牛係咁多款入面油脂比較多,小心燒既時候有機會搶火,而且雖然切開一粒粒,但切得唔太平,燒既時候可能需要用個夾去固定🥴

呢款雖然重油脂仲但食落反而有d韌 ,部份唔太咬得開,少少失望。

美國上級牛頸脊就肉味比較濃,油脂分佈唔太平均,都有少部分位有筋 ,比較適合鍾意有咬口既朋友。

小食上次食既時候揀左牛油帶子覺得幾好,點知今次無曬,已經咁早去到都無少失望🥲,被迫揀左金菇同菠蘿,兩樣都正常發揮~
