To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛頭角出色炒飯店

前排經過牛頭角做嘢，是但搵間餐廳入去試吓，見到呢間金飯碗門口貼咗好多炒飯嘅相，所以就入去試吓。我點咗呢個即叫即炒椒鹽豬扒飯 $78 ，價錢唔算平，等咗大概15分鐘就有。上菜嗰陣眼前一亮，份量非常大碟，兩個人食都可以。炒飯加咗好多炒蝦米及炸蒜，啲飯炒到一粒粒金黃色，好乾身，非常香口。豬扒應該係有醃過香茅再炸，炸到金黃脆邊，咬落去又唔會好多油，非常好食。而且豬扒份量都好多，一個人食真係食唔晒。估唔到喺牛頭角都有一間咁出色嘅炒飯店，極力推薦大家過嚟試吓小店。
