To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 向來都甚少會主動去吃牛角,好像之前三四次都是有人主動提出建議,才去了牛角。這次,看見有信用卡的優惠,但其實,優惠套餐的牛肉,都比起想要的差得多,本身牛肉有比較鞋身,份量亦都不多。而其他的厚切豬扒等等,賣相厚,以為吸引?但其實,剪開之後,都只是普普通通的豬扒。只不過,豬扒放在燒爐上邊,顯得非常厚身,食客就會感到吸引,但是吃起上來,每每都是乾乾的豬扒,毫無意義。牛舌比較吸引的菜式,但是,雖說厚切,我通常都會覺得咬不開,因為又韌又難咬,結果就像橡膠一樣。薄牛舌就好得多,薄薄的,兩下便會煮熟,味道比起牛肉濃得多。其餘都有冬菇、金菇、小菇等等,但是我亦不吃菇類的。另外,有些雞,雞肉這回事,燒起上嚟其實味道都是正正常常,外邊吃的煎雞扒也差不多味道。反而,之後不夠喉,就加了一碟散叫的牛肉,有一碟牛肉連同壺漬牛肉,散叫的質素果然高得多,牛肉夠嫩夠滑,煮完之後亦都保持豐富肉汁,味道好吃得多。紫菜牛角飯,份量不算太多,但是兩個人分享,伴隨其他肉類一齊吃,應該都夠,沒有滑蛋,反正顯得沒有那麼滑這頓牛角晚宴,值得一讚的就是飲品環節。首先,那個優惠餐亦都包括了飲品,我叫了那款青檸梳打,青檸的樣子看上來好像中式飲

這頓牛角晚宴,值得一讚的就是
飲品環節。首先,那個優惠餐亦都包括了飲品,我叫了那款青檸梳打,青檸的樣子看上來好像中式飲品裏邊的鹹柑桔,味道輕微鹹,喝下去對喉嚨很舒服,冰粒不算太多。





另外,席間有人唔將一杯冷飲倒瀉,經理亦都挺身而出,示意下屬幹其他工作,自行將地下抹乾,有承擔不卸膊,值得一讚👏🏾。


當吾等取出平板,心想不如點另一杯,當時我亦都想起,有些餐廳可能會主動提供另一杯飲料。


結果,當員工清理完現場之後,也真的給我們端上另一杯飲料,值得一讚。因為,其實一杯梳打,加兩粒青檸,顧客叫的話就可以多做$30-$40生意,但其實成本不高,如果食店免費給食客換另一杯,可以為其品牌增添分數。所謂「俾你就做人情,唔俾你就應份」,這一點,的確值得表彰👏🏾。

沒綠茶在內的
魚仔甜品,只有吉士,頓感沒趣,吉士只能壯膽,輕微煙韌,還勉強可以
