牛骨湯豬頸肉蒙粉湯底值得一讚,清甜可口,牛味好濃但冇味精味,一路食個蒙粉都停唔到口飲個湯。豬頸肉就不過不失,有d韌。冬陰公豬排金邊粉賣相唔錯,但冬陰公湯底酸度同辣度都唔夠,反而豬排就炸得幾通透,有保留到少少香茅味青檸梳打夠晒清新,可以去除油膩感
