同男朋友想食依間好耐,之前去過太子分店,點知咁岩無開,所以今次突登係放工之後同男朋友去尖沙咀分店,滿足番之前未食到既空虛。我同男朋感覺都係牛魔王,一見到牛類既野食,就會忍吾住叫。男朋友好鐘意食吉列牛,所以我地就叫咗安格斯牛吉列御膳。餐廳準備咗三種調味料比我地,包括粉紅色鹽、清新而酸酸地既汁同埋沙律醬。吉列牛嚟到既時候,店員仲好仔細咁話比我地知,每邊要煎25-30秒。我地都真係有計住,因為要食一舊好食既牛,除咗舊牛本身既質素之後,都要睇翻煎煮舊牛既技巧同時間。好彩男朋友都好有耐性咁計住,所以我地都好滿意牛既質感。我地叫咗個黑牛安格斯壽喜燒配吉列組合。壽喜燒有好多材料,包括溫泉蛋、娃娃菜、豆腐、蘿蔔同金茹等。啲牛嚟既時候仲係紅色,放多陣就岩岩好,好滑。吉列蠔同蝦跟餐甜品係慕絲奶凍最後,我仲叫咗個牛魔王串燒,依個真係好好食,平時食既串燒,啲牛通常都會overcook,但依串就算舊牛好大都好,個肉質都好正。
