今次去老蘭,唔係喝酒,而係去開飯喇位置蘭桂坊,一條小斜坡就會見到「牛」標誌,就係我既目標steak bar。眼見佢未到7點就坐滿人,好彩有預先卜定位餐廳面積細細,用高吧枱既設計,坐得好服務,沒有太迫既感覺點餐時間,值得讚既係店員主動做介紹我地二個都係牛魔王,最後叫左setB同setC 再+雞軟骨餃子+Hite Beer每個餐都跟飯,沙律同麻醬豆腐前菜麻醬跟豆腐,冇得輸的配搭,但只有一口很小沙律,用醋汁,很開胃飯加上飯素,錦上添花安格斯西冷牛扒 $248⬇️⬆️大大塊,大概煮到五成熟,岩岩好,肉質比較有口感,很香牛脂味頂級板腱牛扒$218(每日限量)⬇️⬇️很厚身,有牛香味,食落就知並唔係你所見咁瘦,肉質超嫩,好多肉汁,就連根都係脆的,不怕吞唔到很有驚喜雞軟骨餃子每份有五件,唔會炸到乾爭爭,入面會有肉汁好味好滿足既一餐,中環區二百幾蚊一個餐,大大塊靚牛真的不貴,雖然算不上物超所值,但絕對物有所值
