之前已經在尖沙咀吃過一次富士山55的鵝肝牛魔塔沾麵,這次來到銅鑼灣,與朋友討論到哪裡吃沾麵的時候最終決定來到富士山55,再嚐鵝肝牛魔塔沾麵。鵝肝牛魔塔沾麵 ($168)150克牛肉堆成一座小丘,而黑松露湯底及蕃茄芝士湯底中我則選了前者。牛肉片色澤粉嫩,肉質不韌,不過肉味較淡。鵝肝油潤,入口即化。黑松露湯底味道濃郁,不過不算相當稠身,掛湯力不高。較硬麵條口感煙韌,恰到好處。特濃豚骨沾麵加半熟蛋 ($88+12)朋友點了特濃豚骨沾麵,味道較為平實。追加的半熟蛋整整一隻,流心程度澎湃。日式芝士雜坎 ($20)吃完沾麵之後另外點了一份日式芝士雜坎,用上朋友的特濃豚骨湯底,店員拿到廚房煮好才會再次送上,質感濃稠不過口感欠奉糜爛。雖然味道不算相當出色,不過個人覺得實在是會令「牛魔王」心滿意足的一碗沾麵,值得一試。
