過多幾日就到中秋節,除咗玩燈籠食月餅🥮之外,牛王織女又可以見面喇。牛王萬歲!我都要食牛慶祝🍾下中秋節。今次去左大埔一間以藍色為主調既摩登英式扒房 —— OX Steak Lounge。扒房以金色點綴,營造出低調奢華+浪漫裝潢氛圍。招牌菜包括:黑松露鵝肝威靈頓牛柳、24K金箔戰斧牛扒🥩,份量十足,打卡📸一流!戰斧牛扒🥩經「Frenching」處理既肉眼排,切割時保留至少五英寸肋骨,切割後牛扒外型就如同斧頭一樣,印地安語中斧頭 🪓= 「Tomahawk」,所以得名「Tomahawk-戰斧牛扒」。🥢自家製牛骨髓牛油包午餐附送意大利既酸種麵包🥖,最特別的存在係將香滑香蒜牛油放入牛骨髓入面上碟,非常有心思,符合餐廳食牛🐂主題,而且牛油入口即溶+牛香味濃。為午餐打開完美序幕💖。🥢牛肝野菌忌廉湯雖然只係lunch ,但廚師👨🏻‍🍳們絕對唔馬虎,連湯都有精緻拉花,湯頭用左大量菇菌烹調,食到粒粒菇肉,攪一攪表面既酸忌廉令湯身變得更厚稠,入口濃滑,菌味香濃。🥢香煎澳洲PR級早飼肉眼(8oz)自選Medium rare三成熟,火候控制精準,肉眼🥩中心呈鮮嫩粉紅色,筋膜位置肉味香濃,肉質細嫩鬆軟,肉汁飽滿,仲

🥢Tiramisu
午餐另加$38可配是日甜品🍮,當日甜品係Tiramisu。甜品底層鋪滿脆脆手指餅,提昇口感層次,有別於傳統Tiramisu,有驚喜🤩。

餐廳依家仲做緊激抵優惠,午市$38芝士焗蟹肉忌廉汁千層麵/A5和牛千層麵,行過路過唔好錯過。
