好在之前已提早打電話訂枱,準時12:00去到,見無嘜客人,原來已經full booking, walk in 的已經要坐吧枱。一入門口已見到豐富嘅前菜和甜品吧,未開始食已增加好感呢 仲有各位侍應都醒目有禮貌。我們兩人加錢點了Bouillabaisse Soup +$88 和Porcini Mushroom Soup+$58,主菜點了Bucatini Pasta,Red Prawn,Clams in tomato sauce 和64°c Cooked Organic Chicken,連沙律甜品吧,餐飲,各$258+10%。先講前菜吧,雖然不能與酒店自助餐種類比,但以半自助餐來說,已經十分足夠和豐富,火腿是即刨的,沙律菜很新鮮,有幾款特式mix salda都一定要試 跟住係加錢餐湯,雖然飲得出真材實料,但又食沙律(食咗兩小碟),又湯,又主菜,仲一定要食甜品,細食d嘅,真係唔好加湯 到上主菜時,已八成飽,首先意粉是粗粗的,很彈牙,海鮮很新鮮,而64度煮的有機雞,出乎意料的滑,很好味,不過配菜的Focaccia 腸仔雖然特別,但個人不太欣賞,不知與太飽有無關係呢。最後食細細杯甜品,非常喜

到上主菜時,已八成飽,首先意粉是粗粗的,很彈牙,海鮮很新鮮,而64度煮的有機雞,出乎意料的滑,很好味,不過配菜的Focaccia 腸仔雖然特別,但個人不太欣賞,不知與太飽有無關係呢。
最後食細細杯甜品,非常喜歡,有荔枝布丁,吉士士多啤梨拿破倫,柚子jelly等約十款,我其實希望全部試哂呢。
我的整體評價是,$300吃個lunch,對我來說絕不便宜,但以此食物質素,環境和服務而言,絕對物有所值。慕名而去,食完又想再幫襯的真係無幾多間,希望下次再去都能保持品質和......價錢
