To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日既晚飯就係大快活既肉醬意粉同忌廉磨菇場。先講肉醬意粉,分量十足而且落足料,d肉醬鋪滿哂碟意粉(張相係因為我整開左d肉醬),有足夠既肉唔係淨得醬,不過如果可以酸到好似佢d焗飯咁既程度就更好啦!本來想飲周打硯湯,點知今日轉左忌廉磨菇湯,照試。嘩,一入口好腥,唔知係咪d磨菇味,總之浸味就怪怪地啦,我想飲周打硯湯囉!
