To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年同另一半慶祝生日,我都習慣早至少一個月訂枱,今年都唔例外可以o係table map訂枱,但我等唔切,於是11月中已經send email去收到回覆係大約3日後o既事,仲attach左個christmas menu俾我7點幾上到去,外籍侍應姐姐搵唔到我o既booking,有叫左一位講廣東話o既姐姐出黎幫手我睇到佢本booking簿又真係冇我名,原來係經理哥哥冇mark低,嚇到我標冷汗另一位高級d o既姐姐仲用有少少串o既態度同我講"email冇confirm你係唔作實架喎"唔好意思囉回覆我o個位善忘o既人係你地餐廳經理黎架呢一下態度令我有少少hard feeling由於臨近聖誕,餐廳只offer christmas menu,小女子鄉下妹出城以為仲會有standard menu本身環境唔錯,枱與枱之間距離都好適中,可惜附近總有d人講野好大聲前菜係煎肉桂鵝肝,望住佢有少少猶豫,因為我身體唔好,食得太油膩o既野,但成大舊鵝肝,唔食又浪費,最後都係豁出去,大不了轉頭醫院見. 從來冇食過呢種味道o既鵝肝,以往o既負面經歷令我冇期待,所以覺得呢個好好味緊接住係龍蝦湯,好濃好濃o既味道,最底有

埋單雖然有d肉赤,不過咁好睇,又好食,生日o個個開心就得喇
