Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

物超所值的小菜館

今晚好開心，試到一間好好味嘅小菜館，雖然得兩個人叫唔到好多嘢食，但係叫咗兩個餸，兩個餸都做得好出色，攞滿分。其實兩個餸都係睇openrice見啲人推介所以叫嘅，果然無伏。第一個就係呢間小菜館嘅人氣小炒，拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉，第一眼睇過價錢都真係覺得有啲貴，不過食咗之後就覺得物超所值，出面好難食得到啦呢種質素嘅咕嚕肉，外脆內軟嘅口感冇得彈。第二個餸係白胡椒煎魚卜，咁啱得咁橋又係外脆內軟，白胡椒好香，食嘅時候仲間中會咬到啲白胡椒粒令人覺得好興奮。

第二個餸係白胡椒煎魚卜，咁啱得咁橋又係外脆內軟，白胡椒好香，食嘅時候仲間中會咬到啲白胡椒粒令人覺得好興奮。
