銅鑼灣太多日本嘢食,要喺當中一枝獨秀真係唔容易,重房絕對係omakase首選!dinner 得一個set揀,正常omakase價錢,但用料絕對無將貨就價,甚至實在太多道菜,每道菜用料上乘食到我懷疑佢其實係咪蝕錢做🤣打頭陣已經食緊北海道當造原隻紫海膽,仲要有埋蝦肉,面仲要放埋魚子醬同銀萡,淨係呢舊嘢我都覺得已經係個set嘅三份一價錢🥹鮟鱇魚肝超級大嚿,師傅特登加咗少少白蘿蔔,食落去冇咁滯呢個紅蝦杯超級印象深刻,實在好耐冇喺香港食過咁大隻原隻紅蝦刺身,口感好新鮮,好好味平時就咁食吞拿魚腩都好悶,師傅特登燒熟咗舊吞拿魚腦天,夾埋嚿吞拿魚腩一齊食,一生一熟夾埋一齊食非常特別!仲同時食到生嘅吞拿魚同熟咗嘅吞拿魚浸油脂味!好正啊呢個!!頭先食咗咁大舊海膽,估唔到食壽司環節都仲有海膽食!師傅加咗少少淡雪鹽,有浸米嘅香氣!食到最尾仲有個魚湯!呢個魚湯超級香,好似用咗100條魚煲咁!超濃味!!呢餐冇拖慢嚟食都食咗三個幾鐘,菜式實在好多!啲相根本擺唔晒,呢個價錢個set完全係物超所值!師傅好健談,環境好適合一班朋友一齊飲酒食飯!下次一定要再嚟!

平時就咁食吞拿魚腩都好悶,
師傅特登燒熟咗舊吞拿魚腦天,
夾埋嚿吞拿魚腩一齊食,
一生一熟夾埋一齊食非常特別!
仲同時食到生嘅吞拿魚同熟咗嘅吞拿魚浸油脂味!好正啊呢個!!
