To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為同長輩食飯，所以專登book Ritz Carlton the lounge and bar 好好享受一個下午！環境雖美，但食物的質素卻只是一般。幸好服務質素還是配得起這樣價位的酒店。酒店跟奧地利著名Cafe( Cafe Landtamann )crossover afternoon tea setAfternoon tea set 還未到時，我杯chocolate Schonbrunn 就到了！係一杯熱朱古力配橙酒和whipped cream. 朱古力入口濃郁，橙酒味適中，確是不錯！老實說，我本身係幾期待這個afternoon tea set, 但最後卻有少少失望首先，整個afternoon tea set 甜點較咸點多 第二，甜點的口味比較漏，最後還是點多一個牛油果烤大啡菇漢堡是最美味的！一試難忘！ 大菇厚肉並juicy 好似吃排咁!!😊
