To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

現在網上經酒店預約有75折（折後每位$329.8），又見有生蠔蟹腳，所以試試。生蠔並非之前的留言那麼差勁，現在不用排隊，何時去拿都是滿滿的；而且，咖啡茶是任斟，不是只包一杯，其他果汁和酒才要加錢：是沒有海水味與金屬味那種生蠔，個人比較喜歡：蛋沙律相當美味，調味剛好；魚生也肥美：推介：芒果拿破倫非常新鮮酥脆，不太甜。可檸檬躂過甜，個人吃不下。另外，蟹柳牛肉卷與煎魚味道也嫩，不要過老，生炒骨與鷄因為放太久而硬身了。芝士餅也很好吃，味道夠濃：總括來說，不是如之前提及的那麼差。Pastry很出色，自助早餐應該很好吃！
