To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假特別過來食下午茶。貪元氣食物有質素同有保證，唔會令人失望。下午茶時段很平宜。A+B+C, 也才大概50至60元多。A部份選了一個炙燒套餐，有牛油熟帶子，黑椒熟蝦，黑椒三文魚，皇帝蟹柳及玉子， B選了炸雞，C選了綠茶蕎麥冷麵。A壽司都真材實料，每口都是魚的海鮮味。B的炸雞，肉汁完全被鎖在入面，有鮮雞味。C的冷麵還加了wasabi, 清淡，冰凍得來又刺激。另外點了一份帆立貝壽司，厚肉又新鮮，每次來元氣都會點。
