To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好味道鮑魚雞煲今天晚上,我到位於尖沙咀的一間名叫小魚兒的餐廳吃晚餐。走進餐廳,濃厚的海鮮香味撲鼻而來,讓我不禁期待今晚的美食之旅。我點了極品鮑魚雞煲半隻,裡面包裹著鮮嫩的雞肉和四隻鮑魚,正是我最愛的搭配。而且這是麻辣味道的,看起來就讓人垂涎欲滴。整煲在慢火的眼前煮,餚煮得恰到好處,鮑魚活潑而彈牙,雞肉也吸收了濃郁的麻辣味,讓每一口都充滿了驚喜,又夠熱又好味道最重要。此外,我還點了清炒莴荀,色澤鮮亮,保持了莴荀的脆嫩口感,與雞煲形成了絕妙的搭配,不用食白飯,朋友教我直接用莴荀當飯底,特別正,又健康! 最後,一支竹蔗茅根水解解渴,清甜的味道剛好中和了整餐的辛辣。總體來說,小魚兒的晚餐讓我十分滿意,無論是鮑魚雞煲的獨特風味,還是清炒莴荀的健康搭配,都是一次美好的用餐體驗。我會再次光顧這家餐廳!

好味道鮑魚雞煲
