Restaurant: Fat Belly Butcher & Gin House

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 扒房除左尖沙咀中環等地區,估唔到係大埔呢個小區都有一間出名食扒的小店。價錢相對上會比較合理,而午餐就當然更加抵食😝吸引到我的係佢地由前五星級酒店行政總廚,同埋有個由外國購入的燒烤炭爐,燒出來的扒會特別香。

🆗Grill US pork chop. 豬扒夠厚肉不在話下,外面同牛扒一樣都燒得好靚。可惜入面的肉質有啲瘦,唔係好有油脂香,同埋好實🙈 個人一般呢個質感… 但鍾意的係會配埋蘋果醬,豬扒+肉桂蘋果最夾!佢地每份扒都會配一粒烤蒜頭,保留蒜香之餘,帶出蒜頭🧄的甜味,要來塗抹係肉上面都好夾!

✅ Classic tomato pasta. 用最簡單的材料煮成的意粉都幾好食。落得足橄欖油,令到🍝香口d,而意粉唔會太軟。上面仲灑滿芝士碎同香草,就咁食都唔係好淡🤭 用的車厘茄都好新鮮,每粒都juicy,皮又唔厚🍅

✅Beef fat fries & mini beef rice. 🍟好好食,好新鮮熱辣辣,入面薯蓉好綿滑,仲有香辣的調味粉!牛肉飯就正常d,用牛油煮,有啲牛肉粒粒😌

呢個lunch的價錢質素都可以接受,$1/g的牛好抵食。整體未係特別出色,如果呢個價錢都可以來試試,突登來就…🫣 但佢哋的威靈頓牛都想試!
