等咗幾個月,終於開始返晚市堂食,一於約埋朋友一齊食豪D。上網搵到呢間西餐廳原來有類似日式Omekase的廚師發板,西式Omekase就真係未試過啦😂於是我哋提前咗幾日打電話去預約,因為餐廳需要提前準備食材。因為我哋book左平日嘅6:30pm,餐廳唔算多人,可以靜靜地俾我同朋友們Chill~😌慢慢食完一道菜式,waiter先換下一道菜。店員都親切地同我哋介紹每一道菜式。總體味道唔錯~頭盤係生蠔拼盤,我本來麻麻哋生蠔的,不過呢個生蠔落埋檸檬汁,都算鮮甜。鱈魚湯同刺身帶子番茄凍湯,都幾清甜,番茄凍湯好開胃。入面咁多道菜入面,我最鍾意澳洲海膽牛油果蟹籽,端出黎嘅時候,餐盤一直噴出霧氣,仙氣十足,擺係面前,伶出來先知係咩嘢菜式。印象分已經有10分,廚師係呢樣嘢都有心思。味道亦滿意,海膽鮮甜,幾新鮮,唔會腥,啖啖海膽同牛油果。海膽牛油果入面有一片薄荷葉,同時用來吊味和解膩。三樣嘢加埋,味道都幾夾。法國香煎鵝肝配菠蘿都唔錯,鵝肝唔會油膩,煎得幾香,配埋菠蘿,又係可以解膩。蟹肉酥同和牛酥係廚師自己親手焗嘅,都幾鬆脆。炭燒頂級牛板腱叫左5成熟,牛肉都算嫩,而且幾大塊。美中不足,其中一個可以進步嘅地方係

總體黎講,呢一餐食得好飽,亦都幾滿意。人均大概$1000。日式Omekase我都試過,西式另一種感覺,想試嘅話,記得預先預約~😌
