尋日同女朋友經過葵芳,就去嚟呢間係葵廣對面嘅西餐。我地嗌左「炭燒巨大厚切美國豬肉眼扒配燒菠蘿」。豬肉眼扒切得厚實,經過炭燒處理後口感不錯,好抵食。與燒菠蘿一起搭配食用,既清爽又甜美,非常適合夏天享用。而「蟹膏忌廉意大利飯配蟹鉗」真係幾好食,下次會再嗌。這道意粉用蟹膏忌廉調味,味道非常豐富,並搭配了新鮮的蟹鉗,味道鮮美。除了這些菜肴之外,我地加左餐,配的湯和餐包都非常好吃。

2. 炭燒肯瓊香料「巨大厚切」美國豬肉眼扒配燒菠蘿

9點左右上頭盤 蝦刺身他他配多士 刺身他他上面落左d蟹籽 但我同埋女朋友都覺得道菜麻麻地

再過多陣上埋蟹膏忌廉意粉配蟹鉗同埋鮑魚 個人認為正常發揮 但鮑魚無起到殼同埋內臟 要自己搞 唔夠貼心

主菜方面加左$112升級做肉眼扒配薯條 叫左5成熟 個主菜等到9點45分先上 先講塊扒 表面煎得
燶得制 然後塊扒唔知係咪rest得太耐 入面居然係唔夠熱 食到一半塊扒已經變凍晒 薯條更加唔洗講 明顯係預先炸定 放左好耐 一黎唔脆二黎淋

老公主動提出食情人節晚餐,已預早book位,亦已付按金,但按時黎到餐廳時,亦要等足30分鐘先有枱。。。。。。見到餐廳職員唔夠人手,忙到一個點,唔想影響同老公食飯原本開心既心情,唯有默默等待,見到有幾位客人攞返按金後唔食走人,呢晚應該係餐廳在疫情後第一次預到咁Full既booking,所以陣腳大亂,希望如果有下次,可以做好d。講返食物質數先,之前黎過幾次,所以對呢間餐廳係有信心既,餐湯,一如以往,係好飲既,夠晒鮮味香濃蝦刺身他他多士就有點腥,連我本身係一個好鍾意食蝦刺身既人都覺得麻麻,配上一塊硬脆多士,真心一般,係賣相搭夠,因為紅蝦刺身他他整了一個心形個意粉係好味既,松葉蟹鉗和日本鮑魚雖然提唔起味道作用,但亦係提高咗個賣相2杯特飲賣相和味道夠晒正,加分呀!牛扒比元宵節當晚黎食時好好多,牛扒真係5成熟好過7成熟甜品賣相係有點令人失望既,明明隔離格有乾冰造成既煙霧,但到我地上枱時便沒有這效果,um.......一係全場人都冇,一係就全部人都有結論係,平日黎呢間餐廳係會好好多,特別欣賞佢既西式Omakase,真係好多驚喜
