To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到天后電氣道，見到新開左間餐廳 - 和順記！表面普通茶記咁，不過見佢menu d名幾特別就入去試下啦！麻辣蔥油雞撈丁 配 凍奶茶 $61 ：分兩碟上枱，個撈丁表面撒咗少少辣粉，聞落幾香，個麵軟硬適中又彈牙，唔錯，不過唔記得撈埋個蔥蒜，加埋應該會仲好食至於碟雞，食落似係口水雞，不過碟雞好似無咩雞肉，爭d.....雖然名係麻辣，不過食晒兩碟野都無飲過杯奶茶，幾啱唔係好食得辣嘅朋友當然仲有其他睇落幾特別嘅菜式，會再番去試其他菜式
