To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燒賣我的最愛～平時屋企都會叫媽咪蒸～紅磡林記燒賣筆流出名～但一直冇機會試到～因為禮拜日5開～今日無意中經過白田分店～當然不容錯過啦！都5少人排隊～去到肚餓～所以除左燒賣，仲叫左魚蛋同豬紅食！仲叫左姐姐俾多d辣～佢ge燒賣同出面麵粉多過魚肉5同佢係魚肉佔多所以顏色並冇出面咁白食落較有咬口～魚味十足！加埋d汁好好味！！d豬紅就冇咩特別～但加埋特別辣汁吸到d味好好味～魚蛋就5係我鍾意ge陳皮魚蛋～不過以普通魚蛋黎講係彈牙d～下次想試埋紅磡個間分店作一個比較先！
