To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

翡翠拉麵小籠包旗下嘅江南坐落於IFC，平日只係七點座無虛席，仲好多外國人慕名而來涼菜方面叫左個涼拌海膽茄子，面頭超多海膽碎乾，茄子沾滿燒汁，仲有少少花椒油味更香，一條條食唔停喺上海菜餐廳當然要叫小籠包，有個三隻味道嘅特色小籠包，個冬陰功勁出色，酸辣平衡，入面肉餡吸收晒冬陰功湯精華，超juicy 鍾意食辣嘅我哋叫咗重慶水煮牛肉，牛肉好大塊但都好入味，肉質鮮嫩，香麻鮮辣我哋驚唔夠飽就叫咗個蔥油拌麵做主食，但原來就咁食唔使配肉類已經好夠照，蔥油味直頭係齒頰留香最後甜品蔓越莓煎餅既莓味餅皮軟糯，包住香滑蓮蓉，兩啖食晒岩岩好
