約埋三五知已飲杯嘢，食住串燒傾下偈，輕鬆一下，真係一件樂事！今晚就點咗幾個特式串燒：《牛沙瓜》牛的第四個胃，表面有摺紋而背面平滑，爽滑有嚼口，送酒之選！《牛骨髓》原條牛骨髓燒香，在上面加上蘿蔔蓉、蝦夷蔥和酸汁，味道處理得好好！《車厘茄煙肉卷》微酸的車厘茄，中和了煙肉的肥膩感，更加味美！《雞肝》燒好後塗上特製醬汁，雞肝嫩口而味道豐富！《自家製豆腐》表面燒得香脆，而豆腐仍香滑多汁，加上木魚絲、蔥花和薑蓉更加惹味！《雞肉大蔥串》鮮嫩雞肉加上燒香後大蔥的香氣，完美配搭！《日本豚肉》厚切黑豚肉灑上鹽和黑椒碎，油香味濃，香氣四溢！《牛小腸》師傅早上把牛小腸鹵完再燒，味道和口感更豐富！除多款串燒外，當然少不了各種清酒；還有加上時令鮮果，自家製的釀酒，飲時加入冰塊，酸甜易入口！
