To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去開中環就一定會去環球大廈呢間「茶湯會」旗艦店。我本身唔飲得奶類,所以去到每一間台式飲品店都會叫凍檸茶,久而久之就成為了凍檸茶專家「茶湯會」每日都會有不同的免費茶供試飲今日竟然給我喝到最喜愛的凍檸茶 - 「黃金凍檸茶」味道非常清香今期正在推廣「功夫凍檸茶」,便問女店員他們一共有幾多款凍檸茶及有什麼分別?店員細心地解釋三款不同的凍檸茶… 「黃金凍檸茶」是用烏龍茶做,茶底最清澈。「功夫凍檸茶」是用鐵觀音做所以味道最濃,茶色很深好似紙盒裝檸檬茶。而「翡翠檸檬」就是用一般的綠茶做。今日買了以下三杯飲品:1)「功夫凍檸茶」少甜少冰,真係好似店員咁講鐵觀音的茶味很濃,但跟檸檬的酸味出奇地夾。我覺得下次叫半糖更好2)「百香蘆薈綠」,這款只可以走甜或者正常甜度,店員建議走甜因為本身已經夠甜。真的很好喝及多蘆薈3)「桑葚果茶」正常甜度,實在過份地甜!相信下次一定要走甜

今日竟然給我喝到最喜愛的凍檸茶 - 「黃金凍檸茶」味道非常清香
