星期日約左朋友食飯,幾個朋友就最適合打邊爐,邊食邊傾計。試左呢間由過江龍火煱店—雲長小龍坎火煱店,原來陳柏宇開嘅。因為我地怕食辣,所以叫左個鴛鴦湯底:蕃茄同埋芫茜湯底,湯底比較喜歡蕃茄味啲,濃郁啲。我地叫左個極品手切肥牛,$328,牛肉質素唔錯。我地叫左個海鮮拼盤,$99一位,有鮑魚、蚌、花甲、海蝦,雖然每樣得一舊,但黎到見到啲鮑仲郁緊,食材新鮮。仲叫左手打蝦丸、手打墨丸同埋手打牛丸,三款丸都幾彈牙。另外叫左自制鮮蝦雲吞,真係食到成粒鮮蝦。仲叫左韮菜餃,包得幾好食。蔬菜叫左皇帝菜。另外,Like facebook page會送甜品,豆沙鍋餅同埋紅糖糍粑,豆沙鍋餅幾好食。
