前幾日同家人出去食晚飯,因為屋企人習慣食中菜,於是我們去了一間雜誌有介紹過的中菜廳。 我們見到隔離枱叫了個湯好突別,以用功夫茶壺戴著,於是我們也叫了來試下。日本花茹雞腳燉螺頭湯,第一次見用功夫茶壺上湯。打開蓋,有許多材料,趁熱喝很好味!拖地蜜汁黑豚肉,我們叫了肥叉,肥瘦適中剛好肉👍🏻黑松露生炒有機牛肉飯。好香的黑松露!新會陳皮香酥骨,好香脆,咬落肉嫩不乾,加上陳皮絲一起食原來都好夾好惹味。遠年陳皮紅豆沙,好香濃,甜度剛好不會太甜有陣陣陳皮香!👍🏻❤️
