第三次去九龍城打邊爐,之前兩次嘅餐廳食物質素OK但係冇乜特別,今次揀厚福館,貪佢湯底特別,兼有生蠔,所以試下。打邊爐有卡位坐,坐得好舒服,仲有電視可以睇下劇。湯底揀左「秘製醒胃酸菜河鮮鍋」,酸酸地,好開胃,飲左碗湯先開始打邊爐。法國生蠔食得多,好少食南非生蠔,好滑,有海水味又唔太咸。小食好有驚喜,最正係「香炸棉花魚蛋 」,係貴,$68得8粒,不過一入口真係好彈牙,比一般魚蛋好食好多,如果平d就好喇!「秘製香炸松露餃」都係$68,一入口即刻食到黑松露嘅香味!脆卜卜但係一d都唔油,鍾意黑松露嘅人必試!叫左條斑打邊爐,灼一陣就食得,入口超滑溜!無骨,好正!唔少得嘅仲有雪花肥牛同牛肉粒,見到佢地嘅油花就知有幾好味!夠新鮮!「必食蠔仔牛肉餃」好特別,有隻蠔仔喺入面,隻餃好滑好香口。「手打墨魚丸」入面有芝士,唔同平時嘅芝士丸芝士,好軟滑,似cream cheese,好好味!「厚褔響鈴卷 」係即炸,同街市一盒裝嘅響鈴唔同,多好多層,熱熱地,熱氣但係好食!全晚飲左一罐可樂,忍住無再叫多罐,驚太肥,改叫普洱。估唔到個茶壺咁靚咁精美!依餐唔平,但好多特色創意食品,味道都好好,環境又舒適,食得過!
